Some of the best learning in agriculture happens when we get together in the field. One of Collective Impact’s core goals is to create opportunities for producers and industry to share knowledge, experiences and ideas around sustainable agriculture—what’s working, what’s being tried, and what we can learn from each other.
The goal is pretty simple: bring people together, share knowledge and build connections.
This video was captured during our 2026 Northern Plains Program Field Day and features producers and Collective Impact team members sharing their thoughts on the program, the value of getting out to field days, and why learning directly from other producers and people working in sustainable agriculture matters.
Field days aren’t just about seeing a new practice or trial. They’re a chance to ask questions, have conversations, hear different perspectives and take home ideas that might make sense on your own farm.
